Your frig is full of veggie and meat scraps and you really don’t feel like putting a feast together. Pull the family together for the help on this one, especially the kids. Use left over pita bread, preferably whole wheat if you have access to that.
For these pizzas we used used left over slices of tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, garlic, sliced all natural ham, veggie bacon, sliced up a few green olives and kalamata olives, fresh backyard basil and used left over marinara sauce that was made a few nights back along with scraps of cheese.

Not pictured is a nice green salad with more fresh veggies topped with an olive oil and B.V dressing. These pizzas are a great portion size, you can eat a slice from each one which equates to one pita bread, load up on your salad and you are satisfied!!
