Weekend Warrior Workout

I know we can all admit that we have caught ourselves sitting on the couch watching the Olympics. I know I have done it myself. Rather than sitting try incorporating some workouts during commercial breaks, as we all know there are a ton of them.

Here is a great Weekend Warrior Workout Routine that can be done in the smallest space or the largest, indoor or outdoor.

30 mountain climbers
30 jack knives
30 jump squats
30 speed squats
30 oblique twists

30 knee highs
12 push ups
30 jumping jacks
12 push ups
30 speed squats
12 push ups

30 lunge pulses
Hold ankles for 60 seconds
30 lunge pulses
Hold ankles for 60 seconds

30 bridges
50 crunches
30 bridges
50 side crunches

30 mountain climbers
25 stationary squat pulses
30 squat thrusts
25 lunge pulses

Don’t forget before and after every workout you must warm up and cool down.
