No egg, no butter, no problem!
I had no problem powering through this plate and since the ingredients are pretty much real fruit and grains my son enjoyed them just as much! They give you the chocolate sweet tooth fix that you need during the day or evening. I am not a vegan but I am always up for a challenge, I did enjoy these with a glass of low-fat organic milk, yummy!
1/3 cup peanut butter (all natural)
1/4 cup apple sauce (I make homemade. You can keep the sugar intake down when making homemade)
1/4 cup cocoa
2 1/4 cup oatmeal
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas until completely smooth. Stir in peanut butter, and applesauce
Add cocoa, and combine. Then add oatmeal.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, and lightly flatten to shape.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until done.
