It’s Valentines Day and you have been working so hard at keeping your sugar intake down and watching what you eat. Just because everyone around you is spiking their glycemic levels doesn’t mean you have to. At least not after you try this delicious treat!
Homemade NIce Cream:
3 frozen bananas cut into slices
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter
1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt.
Put all of these ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend……
And there you have it folks a delicious treat without the guilt. Sorry for the horrible picture, bad lighting……
