FIT Chiki Chiki Parm Parm

I know, not the best picture but that doesn’t matter once you’ve made this. This is my version of a very fit and flavorful chicken parmesan. Oh and did I mention not as labor intensive.


What you need:

Chicken breast



Marinara sauce

Whole wheat spaghetti

Provolone cheese

With the chicken begin making 5 cuts on the top of the chicken, about an inch. Stuff those slices with the chopped garlic and basil. Once that is complete put them in a baking dish with your marinara and bake at 375 until your chicken has finished cooking.

Start boiling your water for your spaghetti and once the chicken has finished cooking, pull it out of the oven and place half of a provolone slice on each chicken breast, serve over pasta and enjoy all of the flavors!
