This 20 minute meal is super easy, delicious and super fit!
What you need:
Bake the turkey cutlets at 375 for 15 min or until cooked through, everyones oven is different.
Next you will need:
3 cups of spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1 Red bell pepper or 1 roasted red bell pepper.
Cook your quinoa, once it has cooked add all of the above ingredients.
*we had some green beans on the side, feel free to have any veggie side dish with this.
Place your turkey cutlet on top and enjoy!
