What you need:
Left over grilled veggies (we used asparagus)
Cut red potatoes up into small squares and steam in a steam basket. Once cooked sautee in your cast iron with salt and pepper. Once the potatoes are done, spinkle with parmesan cheese. Place your leftover veggies in a different cast iron and break your eggs over and cook. Place veggies, eggs and potatoes on your plate and enjoy.
