I love making these types of salads on the weekend and snacking on them throughout the week. Not to mention my 21 month old also enjoys them. This salad is delicious alone or as a side and is super easy to make.
What you need:
Extra Virgin olive oil
A pinch of S&P
Slice everything to be some what the same size, mix in a a bowl, sprinkle goat cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. I snuck a photo in of the meal we had with this side dish, ENJOY!!!!!
