1 can of diced tomatoes
1. Chop your veggies and saute
2. Open your can of diced tomatoes to the veggies
3. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, parsley and basil to your ground beef and roll into meatballs. Add them to your veggies and put a lid on and cook until the beef is done to your liking.
