This is your opportunity to control your workout, sort of……

As many reps, or as much time. You call the shots here, I will provide you the exercise and you decide how to do them!!!!

Knee highs

Butt kicks
One leg bridge life

Squat spins
Side benders

Suicide squat hops(mark your spots)
Back step lunge

Out in squat jumps, traveling forward
Full sit up
Out in squat jumps, traveling forward
Full sit up

4×4 groucho walks
Oblique sit up
4×4 groucho
Oblique sit up

Frog squats
Lying roll up
Frog squats lying roll up

Jack stance
Push up
Jack stance
Push up

After you have completed this workout doing either reps or time. Please note what you have done, go back and pick 3 sets of exercises and repeat at whatever time and or rep you would like.
