This workout can be done anywhere and is a super fat burning, leg killing, heart pumping good time.

60 Out and in squat jumps
60 sumo squat, weighted
60 Lunge jumps
60 Plie squat weighted
60 Lateral plank jumps
60 Squat kick

4x 30 sec
Burpee Squat hop
Sumo squat to lunge

Done! Takes 30 minutes, now get out of hibernation mode and warm yourself up with this workout!
