Who doesn’t love french fries? But do we really like all of the fat and calories they come with, NO!
This is a perfect compromise between healthy and savory, easy to make and is a perfect weeknight indulging side dish.
What you need:
1 russet potato
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425, cut your potato in steak fry sizes or skinny whichever you prefer. Then toss in vegtable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown (about 25 min) at the very end place them in your broiler for 5 minutes, just to crisp them up a little.
