12 full oblique sit ups
12 tri dips
12 lateral plank jump
12 burpee hops

On the 11th day of Christmas you did…..

11full sit up
11 push up
11 frog squats
11 burpee hops
11 full oblique sit ups
11 tri dips
11 lateral plank jump
11 burpee hops

On the 10th day of Christmas you did…..
I think you get the point, each day decrease by 1 and continue with your walking lunges.
