    Good Morning Dana,
What a great pic of your little one. We definitely are going to try this one. I happen to love kale in soups and we use it to juice with.
I will have to sit out this boot camp due to the rehab cost. I can’t afford both expenses right now. I go 2x a week to rehab and I’ve regained 20% more movement in my shoulder. Slow but steady progress. I just wanted you to know.
I’ve continued to lose weight too so I know the boot camps kicked started my metabolism finally. Next weekend Ken and I celebrate 33 years of marriage and I really want to feel good in my new dress! So thank you again for your dedication. See ya maybe in the next round.
