This smoothie is a fun and delicious way of getting all of those vitamins you and your little one need. This is seriously a kale smoothie that any anti kale eater would love!
3 ingredients, that’s it!
1/2 cup Frozen peaches
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup kale
1 cup of water
1/2 tbsp of honey

*Kale is a source of indole-3-carbinol, a checmical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells.
*Kale has been shown to lower cholesterol and decrease absorption of dietary fat.
*Peaches are a good source of vitamin A and C and contain 3 grams of fiber.
*Blueberries have one of the highest antioxidant capacities among all fruits.
*Blueberries are very high in vitamin C.
