Indoor Winter Warm-Up Routine

This is a quick indoor, one room workout. With another potential snow day coming we still need a fitness back up plan, follow this to stay fit, stay warm and stay healthy!

What you need:
On small room
Mat
Water

30 sec each repeat 3 times
3 direction plank jump
Crunches
Burpee lateral jump
Out in crunches
Squat jump, squat spin, plank jump, repeat
Russian twist
4 square hoop hops(imaginary squares)
Knee hug crunches
Imaginary Jump rope
Lunge jumps
Full sit up floor slaps
(Imaginary) Zig zag line hop

Done! Warm up and cool down 5-7 minutes before and afterwards.
