I have a big sweet tooth and for that reason I don’t keep sweets in the house, okay I have a few things that hang around. Always dark chocolate covered almonds, maybe some regular dark chocolate and in the summer on occasion, ice cream…..
This treat can be an afternoon snack/treat or a late night dessert. Kid friendly, kid tested and kid approved!
What you need:
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
4-5 cubes of ice
2 tbsp non-fat Greek Yogurt or any kind of no-fat yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 cups of regular NOT flavored almond milk (the flavored ones have way too much sugar)
Blend and serve with 2 straws, to share of course!
