Lighter BUT Filling Chopped Salad


The only tedious part of this salad is chopping. Depending on your time, you really don’t have to chop.

What you need:
2 cooked chicken breasts
1 heart of romaine
1 cup of garbanzo beans
1 cup of cooked quinoa
1/2 cup of black olives
1/2 cup of red onion
1/2 cup of mushrooms
2 tomatoes
1 avocado
4 slices of lean canadian bacon, all natural
1/3 cup of olive oil and 3tbsp of balsamic, mix for the dressing
Pinch of salt and pepper

Chop your lettuce, veggies, and meat. Add in the remainder of your ingredients and toss with dressing in a bowl.
