Turn oven on to 375, cut the ends of the sprouts off and then cut in half, next dice your apple. Mix both of these together with olive oil and roast until you like where they are, I like them a little al dente. Once they are finished, sprinkle S&P, add your nuts and drizzle your balsamic.
Enjoy as any side dish or throw in some chicken and make it the star of the show!
