This is one of my favorite afternoon, guilt free snacks. I’ve made these several times but for some reason when I realize I should have blogged it, I look down and the bowl is empty, oops!
What you need:
1 bunch of green kale
Extra virgin olive oil
Turn your oven onto 375 degrees, wash your Kale and chop them into 1 inch pieces. Place them on your baking sheet and toss with olive oil.
Bake in the oven until each piece is nice and crispy, pull out of the oven and sprinkle a pinch of salt and enjoy!
