Black Bean Burger

It’s Monday so why not try something different. These black bean burgers were really easy and yummy!

What you need:
1 cup of pureed black beans
1 cup of whole black beans
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1/2 diced onion
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 egg

Start with adding 1 cup of black beans, diced onion, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to your food processor.

Once that has pureed, in a large bowl pour your pureed black beans, along with rice and your egg. Mix well and form into patties.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
Optional topping:
1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup of orange juice
1 avocado
Blend and place on top of your burgers.
