Guilt Free Pear Cranberry Bread

This was a treat! Not to mention it was super easy and its healthy for you. Eat it for breakfast with peanut butter or as a late afternoon snack.

What you need:
3 ripe pears, pealed and diced. Cook in a pot until it slightly boils then smash with a potato smasher. There, you just made pear sauce!
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of non-fat Greek Yogurt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup of dried cranberries

In a large bowl mix your pear sauce, maple syrup, yogurt, eggs and vanilla, mix well. Next add your flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into your wet ingredients. Finally add your dried cranberries.
Pour into a greased(coconut oil) loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until your toothpick comes out clean.
