Week of FFIT FUN!!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter with your family. Since I am on vacation and well you know me, I never stop thinking of you guys. To make your week easier I am putting all of your fun for the week down in one blog.

Twice this week LEGS FFIT
2 rounds at 1 min a round, break for core before moving to the second round:
Knee highs
Squat kicks
Stationary lateral squat hops
Plie pulse
3 ski jumps/squat/3 ski jumps/squat
Back lunge
Burpee
Front lunge
Core, 2 rounds at 1 min a round:
Jack knife
Full obliqu sit up
Plank, forearm
Out and in crunches

Twice this week ARMS FFIT
2 rounds at 1 min a round, break for core before moving to the second round:
Plank jump jack
Squat punches
Shoulder jumping jacks
Push up
Mountain climber
Burpee row (If you don’t have weights, then burpee push up with hands out.)
Walking lunge bicep curl OR lunge jump with everyother push up.
Tri kicks
Core, 2 rounds at 1 min a round:
Crunch rows
Weighted lying roll up
Plank, full shoulder plank
Weighted russian twist
