Lemon, Rosemary Brown Rice. 1 Day Prep for a Week in Dinners


We always grill on Sundays and we always grill a bunch of stuff that we can turn around and make meals with during the week. Below you will see we grilled pork tenderloin, fish, asparagus, red bell pepper, mushrooms and onions. All of this food will be used to make several easy meals this week. What isn’t pictured is the amazing rice, it was steaming….

Pictured was last nights meal, which had so many amazing flavors. Let me share with you the lemon rosemary brown rice recipe. Contact me for the rest of this meal, especially the delicious pork rub.

What you need for the rice:
1 cup of brown rice, cooked
1/2 of a lemon
1/2 tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp of coconut oil
Squeeze the lemon juice, chop and add the rosemary, add in the coconut oil and mix all ingredients into the rice and enjoy as a side dish or by itself. It has amazing flavor!
