Make this tonight or any night of the week and you really don’t need to use steak. Any kind of left over meat in the fridge from when you grilled this weekend would do just fine. You probably also have random veggies left over too, right?????
This protein packed salad was delicious and flavorful and took me all of 5 min!
What you need:
4 sources of protein
2 sources of veggies
Lettuce or leafy greens or both
Our 4 sources of protein:
Hard boiled egg
Our 2 sources of Veggies:
Home grown tomatoes
Grilled left over grean beans
Our lettuce greens:
Green leaf lettuce
Balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper mixed well.
