Meatball Madness!!!!!!


Craving a yummy Italian dish, but not the extra heavy calories that come with it? Make this flavorful, satisfying and nutrition packed meal for din din tonight. Only 10 min to prep and 20 min to cook, just that easy!

What you need:
Lean ground beef
Dijon mustard
Brussel sprouts
Marinara sauce
Parmesean cheese

First, in a bowl mix your beef, chopped basil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of dijon mustard. Roll meatballs into a ball and place on a baking sheet.

Next, wash and cut the ends of your brussel spouts off and cut them in half, place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil and pepper.
Bake both of these items in your oven at 325 for 20 min. While those are cooking, cook your quinoa. Once everything is cooked scoop the quinoa in a bowl, top it with your brussel sprouts, meatballs and pour the marinara over the top. Sprinkle some parmesean cheese and done! Perfect to satisfy that Italian food craving!
