Fit Foodie Salad Bowl


This was a bowl full of so many delicious flavors, using ALL leftover ingredients and only taking 10 min to prepare. As always we had left over grilled veggies and meat, left over chopped veggies for cooking and snacking throughout the week. Having a plan at the beginning of every week is THE only way to see those results you may no be seeing. You can workout 16 times in a week but if your diet is not lean and clean then I MEAN it when I say, you are wasting your time….

The insides of this Fit Foodie Salad Bowl:
Romain lettuce
Red onion
Diced yellow, red, and orange bell pepper
Diced Jicama
Chopped Walnuts
Diced Asparagus
Diced peaches
Feta goat cheese
Sliced pork tenderloin

Homemade honey mustard vinaigrette
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp red wine vin
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of pepper.

I toss the lettuce first with the dressing, then I top the lettuce with all of the goodies. This was a delicious combination, I would encourage you to try this or create your own fit foodie salad bowl. Leave a comment with the fit foodie bowl you created.
