If you already don’t know some salads and their dressings can be worse than a big juicy hamburger, some. One of them being one of everyone’s favorites, caesar dressing. My husbands favorite salad is a caesar salad, so natrually I had to find a healthier way of making this delicious dressing. I’m not gonna lie it took a few years for us to perfect it. Now that I have, I want to share it with all of you. Plus I’m giving you a bonus Greek dressing that my husband recently created!

What you need for the Caesar Dressing:
1 lemon
1tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vin
1/2 tbsp shaved parm
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp worcestershire, *not pictured.
About 3 tsp of Anchovy paste (if you don’t have it or you are vegetarian or you don’t like, you can substitute with horseradish)
2 tsp garlic power
Pinch of pepper

*if you prefer a creamy caesar, then simply add 1/2 tbsp of Non-fat Greek yogurt.

Mix well and toss with your lettuce. We made blackened salmon cesar salad…

This is very similar to the caesar, with the exception of a few ingredients…

1 lemon
1tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vin
3 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp garlic power
Pinch of pepper

We enjoyed this dressing tossed in a warm mediterranean quinoa salad, that recipe will be added to the blog later…
