I’m not sure why it has taken me so long to finally make a good hummus. It’s just one of those things that I’m really picky about. This one turned out great!

What you need:
1 can of garbanzo beans
1 head of garlic roasted
2 tbsp tahini
Juice from 1 large lemon
2 tbsp olive oil, reserve 1 tbsp for serving and 1 when blending
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp water
Paprika to serve

Blend everything, reserve the paprika and the 1 tbsp of oil to serve on top.
