Dinner in 20, Take that Rachel Ray!

So, so, so easy and guess what? If you don’t cook our you don’t know how, you can easily make this!

What you need:
Pork Chops, thin chops.
Brussels Sprouts
1 apple

Turn your oven to 350, wash and cut your brussels sprouts in half, dice your apple into 1 inch chunks. Spread your apples and sprouts onto a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast these in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Next, spread your chops onto a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, oregano, paprika, and pepper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until internal temp. reads between 145-160. When you pull them out they continue to cook. The following is a link for cooking pork.
Finally, pull your sprouts out and sprinkle a pinch of salt and toss around.

Enjoy all of these yummy flavors together or add a yummy side salad.
