Grilled Caesar Salad


This is a fun twist on a caesar salad and it’s delicious.

What you need:
Hearts of romain
Whole grain toast for croutons
Parmesan cheese
Homemade cesar dressing

For the dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
Pinch of oregano and pepper
1 tbsp red wine vin

Sprinkle a little olive oil onto your romain and place the hearts of romain directly on the grill, just enough to warm the lettuce and get a little bit of the grill onto the lettuce. Toast your croutons and thinly slice your parmesan cheese. Once the romain has been grilled, drizzle your dressing and top with your croutons and parmesan cheese.
