This detoxifying vegan bowl will get you right on track after the indulgence of Thursday. Make this Friday and enjoy every bite of this nutrient packed dish. Full of vitamins, minerals, protein and ruffage, your digestive track will thank you!
What you need:
1 cup of cooked short grain brown rice
3 cups of baby kale, baby swiss chard, and spinach
1/2 red onion
10-12 haricot vert, thin green beans
1 block of firm tofu
3 green onion
1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
1 tbsp braggs
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Start with slicing your red onion and caramelizing them, next chop your green onion and add to the red onion. Turn this off after you have slightly cooked your green onion. In a different pan cut and cube your tofu and pan-sear them until golden brown. While the tofu is browning steam your haricot vert. FInally it is time to assemble! In your pan that you have cooked your onions in add your cooked tofu, then add your greens, green beans and rice. Saute everything together adding in your sesame seeds, braggs and rice wine vinegar. Saute until everything looks lovely together, enjoy!
