Farmers Market Salad


Tis the season for eating, eating, and more eating. It can be healthy and fun eating, as it should be. Start with combing the aisle of your local farmers market and selecting an item you have never tried. This past weekend we made a farmers market salad with delicious FM arugula, red leaf lettuce, goat cheese and watermelon radishes.

What you need:
FM arugula
FM red leaf lettuce
FM watermelon radish
Goat or feta cheese

Honey Mustard Vin.
1 tbsp RR honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp white wine vin
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
dash of salt and pepper.

Chop, toss and ENJOY!!
