This is about the time where you are probably close to being over the Holday treats, parties and yummies from friends and families, its only Dec 10th! Make this a few times during the Holidays and after as a meal to just reset the food button.
What you need:
Portabella mushrooms, diced
Green onion, diced
Nori paper, cut into squares
Start with boiling the amount of water the miso container says to boil for the amount you are making, add in you diced mushrooms, onion, and tofu.
Once the water has boiled, add in your miso 1,2,3 and add the Nori paper.
Pour and enjoy! I have already had this 3 times in 2 weeks, YUM!
