On the eighth day of Christmas my FFIT trainer gave to me…
Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles:
First, mix your peanut butter and crushed pretzels together and stick in the freezer for 20 min. After they have been in the freezer, melt your chocolate in a bowl.
Start with rolling them into balls and dipping into chocolate and placing onto your parchment paper. You should have enough to make 20, after you have finished place them back into the freezer for an hour.
Next on our treat list, chocolate CANDIES!!!!
These were even more fun for Nolan to make, he had full control!
What you need:
Dark chocolate, melted
Candied ginger, chopped
On a Parchment paper spoon dark chocolate into circles and allow the kids to place the goodies of their choice on top.
