Japanese Light and Easy Stir Fry

This is super easy and will leave you looking like a rock star in the kitchen. Did I mention it only took 15min!

What you need:
Japanese buckwheat noodles
7 oz (1/2 block of extra firm tofu)
3 hand fulls of snap pea leaves (found at the Cedar Park farmers market)
3 chopped green onion
1/2 cup of peas
2 sheets of nori paper
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
2 tbsp of ponzu sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

First start with cutting and cubing your tofu and sauté in your pan, once the tofu starts to brown add your peas.

While these are sautéing start boiling your water for the buckwheat noodles and get those cooking. While those are cooking add your snap pea leaves.

Once your buckwheat noodles are done, drain and add the tofu medley to your noodles make sure your burner is on low so the noodles can cook a little once you add the liquids. Finally, add your liquids and cut your nori paper and mix lightly, serve in a bowl and sprinkle your sesame seeds on top.
