TRX Training



There has been a new addition made to the “Garage.” TRX training, this is a suspension trainer that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You can control how much you want to do by adjusting your body to add or decrease resistance. Things you will notice in your body after using this system:
