5 Ingredient Salad

  

This was today’s lunch but can easily me made for dinner, especially on a really busy night.

What you need:

Power greens (spinach, baby kale, chard, or any leafy green you like)

1 can of tuna

1 tbsp dried cranberries

1 tbsp of pepitas

1 tbsp of feta cheese

1/2 diced avocado

Dressing:

Black cracked pepper

1/2 lemon juice

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

*this serves 1 person
