Rolled Tacos

I’m not a day late, I just figured you might have some left over beans and tortillas and needed some inspiration…  

What you need:

Flour tortillas

Cooked black beans or pinto beans or both

Guacamole

Turn your oven to 400, mash your beans in a bowl. Spread your beans onto your tortillas and roll them nice and tight. Rub a little extra virgin olive oil and bake for 15-20 min. Enjoy with some guacamole, pico and chopped lettuce.
