Korean Bibimbap

  
Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish, the word means “mixed rice.” My version included all kinds of yummy goodies. My husband thoroughly enjoyed it.

What you need:

Short Grain Brown Rice

VEGETABLES, some pickled, some roasted, some sautéed and some raw

Egg, 1 egg per person

Sriracha

Chili Garlic sauce

Braggs

If you have it, some nori (seaweed)

Start with choosing what vegetables you will pickle, roast, sauté or SPIRALIZE or just cut super thin. Then, pile it all into its own little corners on your rice.

  
Next, top it with a sunny side up egg, nori, Sriracha, chili garlic sauce, drizzle some Braggs and DINNER IS DONE! 

  
If you have been prepping your meals for the week,  this is a great end of week meal when you need to clean the fridge out but you still want to look like a gangsta.
