Yep, I said it. Cookies for breakfast!!!!!! These have maybe 3 ingredients and take 1 min to mix and 20 min to bake.
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of raw oats

There are so many options, all you need is a little creativity. To make a complete protein cookie you will need to make sure you have a grain(oats) and seeds or nuts, nut butter or nuts and seeds in the same cookie or you could add some of your favorite protein powder. Dried fruit, raisins, cranberry, figs, dates, you name it.
This cookie is way better than any other manufactured refined sugar filled breakfast bar.
Bake the cookies at 350 for 20 min and store in the fridge or freezer to grab and go with a hard boiled egg.
