FFIT for FFALL, with the weather cooling down there is no better time than to get you out of your rut and back into shape! Monday’s focus will be fat burning and weight training intervals. Wednesday we will focus on a FFIT yoga FFLOW that will ease you into the end of week. Come join the group, sign up starts NOW and will end on Thursday Oct 13th. The group caps at 14 people, all levels welcome. Min of 5 required on both days.
