Every bite was flavorful, filling and nutritious.
Zucchini (assume 1-1/2 per person)
Chicken breasts (assume 1/2 per person)
2 cloves of garlic
5-6 larger basil leaves
Small can of black olives
This will literally take 10 minutes IF and only IF you have pre grilled your chicken. Spriralize you zucchini and place in a pan with olive oil, put the lid on for only 5 min to warm up. While this is happening purée your avocado, garlic and basil, then add the avocado cream into the Zoodles. Dice your chicken and olives and add them, allow everything to warm together, sprinkle some S&P and DONE!
