Dinner in 5!

This is veg heavy and totally vegan, did I scare you?! Please continue reading and possibly trying this one. I understand everyone has little ones and that little ones might run for the hills on this one. I have a little one and he selected the items he did not want and ate the items he did want. Good news for the meat lovers, there’s protein in this!!!!

  
What you need:

VEGTABLES!

*I used: green beans, cauliflower, red bell pepper, white onion, celery, peas and green onion

2 tbsp Sesame oil

2 tbsp Chile garlic sauce

2 tbsp brags

Chopped garlic

Short grain brown rice

Peanuts or cashews

Start with sautéing your garlic, onion and cauliflower, once it looks like they are softening up then you can add everything else, I mean everything! If veggies scare you, I promise you will want to give this recipe a try. If not feel free to add some chicken or roasted peanuts or cashews on top for some extra good fat and a yummy crunch. Combining a legume and a grain completes your protein so this my friends is a complete dinner and done in 5!
